The SWSAS Triathlon program is traditionally operated in partnership with Triathlon NSW and the Regional Academies of Sport (RAS) network.

In 2027, due to a number of circumstances, local South West Sydney Triathlon Athletes are participating within the NSW Triathlon ROSTA Program. 
SWSAS continues to explore opportunities with both NSW Triathlon and Regional Academies of Sport to return a full Triathlon Squad program in future years.

Program Eligibility Criteria

Athletes must:

  • Aged 12 to 18 in year of program
  • Be committed to progressing to higher representation within Triathlon
  • Be a registered member of a Triathlon club within the South West Sydney region.
  • Reside in one of the following LGAs: Camden, Campbelltown, Liverpool and Wollondilly.
  • Under review for 2028 Program
