The CCAS Strength & Conditioning Program provides tailored support for pre-elite athletes across the Central Coast region, helping them progress to the next level of competition.

For $55/week, athletes receive a complete, data-driven program in a supportive small-group environment, including up to two face-to-face sessions per week, an individualised annual training plan, functional testing, and targeted exercise prescription for strength, mobility, recovery and conditioning. Performance monitoring and coach collaboration ensure the program stays aligned with each athlete’s sport-specific goals.

Sessions run from Coast Sport in Erina and Tuggerah. 
Erina – Tuesday 6:30am, Thursday 6:30pm and Thursday 6:00am
Tuggerah – Tuesday and Thursday 6:00am

Program Partners

Selected athletes receive:

  • Personalised, periodised training plans tailored to each athlete’s sport and goals
  • Small group sessions (6–8 athletes) up to twice a week with expert coaching and targeted feedback
  • Data-driven performance monitoring including functional testing, load management, and progress tracking
  • Holistic approach covering strength, mobility, recovery, and movement screening
  • Integrated support aligned with State and National Sporting Organisations
  • Open to athletes aged 13–25 across all sports, including those not currently in representative programs

  • Promotion through CCAS media channels
  • Athletes should demonstrate growth potential and be aiming for, or currently hold, State or National team selection
  • Invitations are extended in partnership with relevant State and National Sporting Organisations (e.g. Cycling NSW, Tennis NSW, Skateboarding Australia)
  • Athletes can also apply via an Expression of Interest (EOI), submitting times and selection achievements for case-by-case assessment
  • Open to athletes aged 13–25 (those outside this range considered on a case-by-case basis)
  • Open to all sports — no prior CCAS program involvement required

An athlete levy of $55/week will apply, covering the above listed program benefits and more.
