Nominations for the 2026/27 program will open around August 2026
The CCAS Rugby Union program is delivered in partnership with the Regional Academies of Sport (RAS) network.
The Central Coast Academy of Sport (CCAS) program offers a holistic pathway for aspiring athletes, providing development opportunities across technical skill, education, strength and conditioning, personal growth, and nutrition. By combining these key elements, the program will provide athletes with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to excel in their chosen sport and prepares them for the next stage of higher representation.

Athlete Eligibility
Program Eligibility Criteria
Athletes must:
- Be aged 15–18 years born in 2009-2012 in 2027 (U16 & U18 cohorts)
- Be committed to progressing to higher representation within Rugby Union.
- Be a registered member of a Rugby club.
- Currently residing in the Central Coast Council LGA
