Limestone Coast Academy of Sport (LCAS) has traditionally offered high-performance programs for Athletics, AFLW, Basketball, Cycling, Hockey, Swimming, Tennis, and also Future Champions, which is a specialist program designed to cater for the further development of emerging athletes in sports outside of the programs offered by LCAS.
